131543 - Mlacom homepage is coded badly

Mlacom is one of the leading hardware stores in Slovenia. Its homepage works
correctly only in Internet Explorer. I tried it with Mozilla 2002031608 and
Opera 6.01 and it doesn't work correctly in those two browsers.

Accepting. Changing severity to minor as the page basically works. I see (using
Mozilla 0.9.9 on WindowsME) only bad layout and the eight "menu" links (KONTAKT
to NOVOSTI) don't work. Reporter (Jure):  is it correct?

I'm not yet sure if this is evangelism problem or Mozilla bug as I do not see
LAYERs or document.all used. I'll investigate.

OK. This bug has two components:

1) Bad layout. This is the fault of the page authors. They format the text on a
large background image: http://www.mlacom.si/banner/podlaga.jpg. The text
formatting is done using font sizes, which is plainly wrong. Try the page
changing the font size on Internet Explorer. You will see the same bad layout.
If you change the font size in Mozilla (View -> Font zoom -> Other) to 85%, the
layout will be almost fine. This is wrong, as STYLE, not font size,  should be
used for formatting. If this would be all to this bug, I would mark it INVALID.

2) Dead menu options. They are actually USEMAP areas. Mozilla has a well known
(?) bug causing USEMAP entries in the form usemap="file#anchor" not to work. The
page has things like:
usemap="INDEX.HTM#Linki". This is a dup of bug 1882. Marking as such.

Check for comparison the dups of bug 1882, like bug 102849.
