As discussion in bug 1307667, it seems that the final decision tends to keep using the original sidebar and probably an extra pref to switch new style inline HTTP inspector and sidebar detail panel. As a result, we filed this bug for implementing react sidebar detail panel first.

This work might involve investigation with bug 1308450 and figure out whether it's possible to share code with HTTP inspector. Follow-up bugs for sidebar detail panel will not be filed immediately, but it should be done after subsequent investigation.
It should just be possible to render the HTTP inspector contents in the sidebar. There's no separate component to implement here, the only difference is where we render that component. The HTTP inspector should fit fine within a sidebar.
