Expected results: "Certificate Transparency" should be shown.

Flagging this for PSM's certificate viewing; this doesn't require implementing support for RFC 6962, so much as recognizing the OID and assigning a (potentially translated) string to it in the PSM config.

We reimplemented the certificate viewer and won't be continuing to develop the old one.
