We need an inventory of just how much of CSS3 text we don't currently parse, and to land patches to parse / implement them, thus this is a SUBMETA bug that the main CSS3 Text META bug depends on, specifically for figuring out this inventory, and filing dependent bugs for specific properties accordingly. Clearly this is a subset of what is new in CSS3 text above and beyond CSS2.1, thus depending (somewhat) on that diff/changes, which is this bug/task: https://www.w3.org/Style/CSS/Tracker/actions/799
