Details

Go to addons.mozilla.org and install any addon (e.g. Wikipedia Panel). Ensure that the URL bar is visible when you click on the "Add to Firefox" button and allow the download. ER: at the bottom of the screen a snackbar is displayed saying "Downloading add-on" AR: no snackbar is visible. If you scroll down so that the URL bar is hidden you can see the snackbar. Same thing happens with the "install complete" snackbar after you confirm the install. I'm pretty sure the snackbar position is not taking into account the dynamic toolbar.
I saw this on the Nov 14 aurora build.

Actually maybe this is wrong. I'm not sure what's going on, but it seems like the snackbar takes a long time to show up, and it just happened to always show up when I scrolled down.
