1318514 - Don't close searchbox-panel-listbox automatically if inputting search word which include numeric (or hyphen, underscore etc...)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start any version Firefox
2. Go to Bugzilla > My Dashboard (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/page.cgi?id=mydashboard.html)
3. Open DevTools > Inspector
4. Input "yui" in inspector searchbox > searchbox-panel-listbox will be popped up
   But if enter "yui3", searchbox-panel-listbox will be closed.

Actual Results:
When inputting search word which include numeric (or hyphen, underscore etc...), searchbox-panel-listbox is closed automatically.
* If search word is started from ".", it works well.

Expected Results:
Even if inputting search word which include numeric (or hyphen, underscore etc...), searchbox-panel-listbox is not closed automatically.
