Steps to reproduce:

Opened the Customize Toolbar window.


Actual results:

I spent a long time looking through the unsorted and unsortable and unsearchable items looking for the ones I needed.


Expected results:

The list should have been sortable and searchable or at least the former.

This problem still exists.
To see the problem, you can do what I had to do just now: search the window below (pictured) for a button added by a new extension.
