Steps to reproduce:

After update Nightly from 2016.11.19.
(my os: win2003 . logically, this bug is presented also in XP )
The problem- in this release of ff, the "xul.dll" have dependency of avrt.dll ("multimedia realtime runtime", dll from w7 os;  )
And avrt.dll - has has dependency of ntdll.dll of w7 (for this dll, the exported function AlpcInitializeMessageAttribute - is found in w7. in win2003 is not present )


Actual results:

it show >  Unable To Locate Component: This application has failed to start because AVRT.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem. 
Couldn't load XPCOM.
52 (and ESR 52) will be the last version for Firefox to support Windows XP/Vista, and of course Windows Server 2003.
