[Tracking Requested - why for this release]: Aurora 52 was the last Aurora version to support XP/Vista, so we need to stop sending Aurora updates for 53+.

Is this now behaving as we would like, for 53 aurora? It seems like it should be, but the comments in bug 1319167 are a bit confusing.
