Attachment: Bug 1319333 - Switch linux 32-bit builds to --target=i586-linux-gnu.

But still pretend they are for i686. In practice, this leads to no
difference to builds with --target=i686-linux-gnu, but will allow to
use the i586 rust target in the future without harcoding it.
