Mavericks- I see a consistent failure in c3 for linux*, please find which tests are failing- there are 2 bugs which this bug depends on, bug 1335893 and bug 1335894.  Do find out if both still exist- close either that doesn't exist, add new bugs that show up repeated.

Once we have some failures documented I imagine we will be able to start hacking on the tests to try and fix them or get more information for developers to help out and fix the tests they know a lot about.

This patch migrates the mochitest-chrome test suite from Ubuntu 12 to the newer Ubuntu 16.04 linux operating system.
