The png images at http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/Forms/ badly mess up when they are
scrolled in and out of view on WinME. I will attach a screen shot shortly.

Please always include your build id in bug reports...
and this is a duplicate of existing "scrolling on Windows screws up some images"
bugs.

Sorry about the build id, slipped my mind. I was using 0.9.9
With regards to being a dupe, I couldn't find a bug that matched what I saw. On
a second look it is probably the same bug as unconfirmed bug 130084. Further
back and along the same lines is bug 121230, but it is specifically for png
images with alpha. There is no alpha in the images on the W3C page. If this is
to be marked as a dup of bug 121230 then I would ask that 121230's summary be
changed to something like "Scrolling and other interactions mess up png images"
(i.e. remove the reference to alpha).
