BTW: generated user agent is wrong in the first story. This bug affects Seamonkey 2.40:
User agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:43.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/43.0 SeaMonkey/2.40
I use different browser for adding a bug from the browser with the bug.

This one probably is a DUP of "Bug 1261700 - View Selection Source Fails in SeaMonkey 2.40 but not 2.39", which itself is a DUP of "Bug 1259928 - "View Selection Source" throws TypeError: args is null Source File: chrome://global/content/viewPartialSource.js"
@Reporter: Thank you for your attention.
Please feel free to reopen this Bug if you find out that the fix for the other bug does not solve your problem (SM 2.46 or later) or if you see other well founded indication that you fond an independent bug.
