Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:50.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/50.0
Build ID: 20161129173726
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a folder structure where subfolders have identical names eg.
Archive
+-2015
| +-Sent
+-2016
| +-Sent
2) Delete both "Sent Items" folders
Actual results:
First folder deletes correctly, second throws up an [ALREADYEXISTS] server error message which is confusing to the user.
This is because the folder is moved to Deleted->Sent and ThunderBird cannot create a second folder with the same name. This is not obvious to the user as the deleted items folder remains closed and the only visible indication of a change to it is the little twisty + icon appearing next to it, and that change only happens if the Deleted folder contains no subfolders already
Expected results:
Either a more useful error message, such as "Cannot delete folder 'Sent' because a folder with the same name already exists in the Deleted folder" or the second folder should get a new name eg. 'Sent (2)'
