Steps to reproduce:

Under page info go into Security and click "View Certificate".


Actual results:

XUL tabs are unstyled on Ubuntu 16.10.


Expected results:

XUL tabs should be styled.

Possibly a GTK 3 widget mapping issue similar to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1232208
