Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:53.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/53.0
I have tested the issue on latest FF release (50.1.0), latest Nightly build
(20161214030231) and managed to reproduce it. I have forced YouTube to use
Flash to play the videos.
The issues that I experienced are only on YouTube:
Tiny button on Flash video player (Release only)
Right click menu causes the video to stop, but the audio is still playing in
the background.
Right click menu is not scaled properly with the rest of the webpage, text is
too small.
Other than that everything looks fine, like Google Finance, CNN, Twitch, etc.

Stefan, can you try this test case on OS X also? I'm not sure if this is a Windows issue, or a NPAPI HiDPI implementation issue, or an adobe issue, so that will help me whittle it down some. Thanks!

How many monitors are you using and do their DPIs vary? Wrongly sized menus screams mixed monitor DPI breakage to me.

I have tested the issue on latest FF release (50.1.0), latest Nightly build
(20161215061212) and managed to reproduce it. I have forced YouTube to use
Flash to play the videos with the following add-on "YouTube Flash Player 1.7.1", also I used the pref 'layout.css.devPixelsPerPx' set to 1.5; 2 and 2.5, due to the available Mac was not with HiDPI settings.
I've experienced slightly different issues on YouTube and Twitch.tv:
Right Click menu causes the video to stop, but the audio is still playing in the background.
Video size is not scaled properly for pref 'layout.css.devPixelsPerPx' set to 1.5; 2.0 and 2.5 (Youtube/ Twitch.tv)
Playback button are missing/out of view on Youtube when pref 'layout.css.devPixelsPerPx' is set to 2.5
@Greg
For the windows tests I've used only one HiDPI Dell Monitor.
