Environment: 
Device: Asus ZenPad 8 (Android 6.0.1);
Build: latest Nightly 53.0a1 (2016-12-19);

Prerequisites: Activity stream enabled.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Firefox;
2. Tap on the 3 dots menu of a website from Activity stream panel (either Top sites or Highlights area);
3. Turn tablet into landscape mode, then portrait mode again.

Expected result:
Context menu is properly displayed.

Actual result:
Context menu is displayed, but is misplaced and wrongly rendered.

Also reproducible on Nexus 9 (Android 7.0)

Same behavior occurs when opening the Top sites context menu, while the keyboard is on.
Steps to reproduce: 
1. Enable activity stream and go to about:home.
2. Tap on the url bar to poop-up the keyboard.
3. Tap the 3 dots button from the top default sites.
Actual results: The context menu moves to the top-left corner of the screen.

note: only reproducing on tablets.

All open Activity Stream bugs are moving from the whiteboard tag, "[mobileAS]", to the Firefox for Android component, "Activity Stream", so that I can keep better track of these bugs as the new triage owner; I will send out an email shortly with additional details, caveats, etc.
