Environment: 
Device:  Nexus 9 (Android 7.0);
Build: Nightly 53.0a1 (2016-12-09);

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Firefox;
2. Go to Top sites panel;
3. Long tap on one of the websites displayed in the Top sites area;
4. Rotate device to landscape mode;
5. Rotate the device back to portrait mode.

Expected result:
Context menu is properly displayed in the same place as it was first triggered. 

Actual result:
Context menu is displayed upper than it should be.
