Balrog stage has been a bit tough to use with our other stage infrastructure because stage-ffxbld and other system accounts try to use their proper ldap password, and Balrog stage isn't hooked up to Balrog. At Mozloha, we talked about having Balrog stage accept any username+password combination to fix this. This would also have the nice side benefit of giving contributors and other folks without accounts access to Balrog stage - which is great for testing purposes.
