"try: -b do -p all -u all[x64]" doesn't trigger tests of Linux x64 debug build

See this try push: https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=try&revision=de8d4b5a5cc4378538de725daeca6e92f2563e44 I used "try: -b do -p all -u all[x64] -t none[x64]", but no test on Linux x64 debug build is triggered. I guess it is probably because try syntax is not effective on tc tasks?
(I later triggered all tests on Linux x64 debug build manually by "add new jobs" because I don't want to waste another push, given the push is so green.)
