STR_1:
1. Open https://www.iandevlin.com/html5test/webvtt/html5-video-webvtt-sample.html , play the video
2. Click play button in video, move mouse away from the video
3. Press Right key

AR:  No visible action
ER:  Current time in video should increase by 15s


STR_2:
1. Open https://www.iandevlin.com/html5test/webvtt/html5-video-webvtt-sample.html , play the video
2. Click closed captions button in video, move mouse away from the video
3. Press Down/Up

AR:  No visible action
ER:  Volume should decrease/increase


STR_3:
1. Open https://www.iandevlin.com/html5test/webvtt/html5-video-webvtt-sample.html , play the video
2. Click on the center of timeline in video, move mouse away from the video
3. Press Spacebar to play the video

AR:  No visible action
ER:  Video should start playing


Note:
 This is marked as blocking for bug 1271765, because STR_1 and STR_3 were added in that bug
 STR_2 was added in bug 887934, I guess. But I think they all should be considered as 1 bug.

STR 1 and 3 were fixed in bug 1325594, so I'm adjusting deps.
