1328505 - stylo: test_animations_styles_on_event.html timeout waiting for animated element to trigger mouse event

Depending on bug 1332657 since this test uses transform animation.

Hmm even if the animation gets started, this test still fails.  synthesizeMouseAtPoint does not fire 'mousemove' event at all..

There are lots of oranges since I based on a revision on autoland that does not include stylo-failures.md changes.

Anyway, this test can be run without any problem now.  I'd say this change, https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/096add92a79f, fixed the timeout.  Thank you, Boris!
