There's not really a reason for task tracer labels to be separate.

We should convert all task tracer labels to profiler markers, and then remove tasktracer::AddLabel.

The current script that parses task tracer output can parse the profiler markers and associate them to tasks using the thread index and the timestamp. This will be easier once timestamps are comparable (bug 1330244).

Task Tracer was removed in bug 1715257.
