Details

We did that positive delay animation to the compositor in its delay phase in bug 1223658.  This bug is a counterpart to endDelay.
I am not sure it's worthwhile doing because I guess the use case, positive endDelay and revese play is relatively low.  But anyway, I am filling it.
Priority: -- → P5

Verified that this will be fixed by bug 1518403 so duping it there.
