[Steps to reproduce]:
1.Go to https://people.mozilla.org/~fqueze2/webrtc/ 
2.Select "Screen"
3.From "Screen to share" dropdown, choose a screen

[Expected result]:
A preview of selected screen should be displayed in Control Center pop-up before start sharing

[Actual result]:
The preview of selected screen is not displayed

[Note]:
This is reproducible for Screen and Window sharing
This is not reproducible in latest Aurora 52.0a2 (Build ID:20170117004014)
As I know, this was implemented in Fx52 in meta bug 1284877
