User Story

Summary:
* As a user, I want to be informed when a site asks for a special permission, like use of my camera, so I understand when my face or voice may be broadcast

Acceptance Criteria: 

* User sees notification window restyled according to latest designs
* Large icon reinforces the icon that user will see in Control Center and in ID block, whenever a site has that permission.
* Copy reads: “Would you like to share your [PERMISSION NAME] with this site? (NOTE: FINAL COPY NEEDED FOR ALL STRINGS). There are many permutations according to 
* Buttons [Don’t share] or [Share Location] correspond to block or allow for the current site.
* The [x] on the notification prompt is removed
