[Build-ID: 2002-03-24-19] The Composer and Address Book entries in the Task menu are not placed at the top, among Navigator and Mail & News, but instead among the open windows at the bottom of the Task menu. This must be a recent regression.

cmanske, this was exactly what I was worried about in my comment to 122271! If you prefer, attach my patch to this bug and close 122271.

If you have IRC/Chatzilla installed, hopefully this is fixed but you get: Navigator Mail/Newsgroups ---------- Privacy & Security ---------- Tools ----- IRC Composer Addressbook *1 Tab 1 - window whichever 2 Tab 2 - window 2 There was a bug id changes that were made for IRC/Chatzilla to be in the 3rd index position/Correct position in the list.. Hopefully this fix will clear this too.

Dennis, this should fix IRC as well. It was the use of insertbefore/after="tasksMenuEditor" that caused the problem.

verified fixed as seen on windows commercial build 2002-03-27-11-trunk Note: Instant Messenger slipped to the fifth slot of the list. I believe this is supposed to be in the third slot (see comment #13 about IRC)

re: comment 15: looks like the mis-ordering is comm only, as it looks fine in mozilla. filed http://bugscape.mcom.com/show_bug.cgi?id=12892 for that.

yeah this has broken aim since somehow composer and addressbook are now getting inserted later than aim so the 'insertafter' that aim uses causes it to get pushed down to the bottom
