I have switched the email address in my profile at https://discourse.mozilla-community.org/users/Pike/summary from axel@pike.org to axel@mozilla.com, but I still can't access the NDA category on discourse.
Resolved in your case by adding you to the moco group on Discourse, but this is still a potential general problem. Investigating it is in my backlog: https://tree.taiga.io/project/pierros-mozilla-particiaption-systems/us/387?kanban-status=904519
