Details

Both seabld and stage-seabld are included in the UI in aus4-admin and balrog-stage respectively; but I gather I need to have their credentials
created before they can do anything.
I meant to say in comment #0 that I'd like to have their credentials created.

What is needed to get this ball rolling?
