All our forums in the above group are missing the latest content and are stuck on Sept. 2016. We're pretty close to the live date of 1/31 so I'm wondering if we can do another migration to update it. Thanks!

All migrations are run with content from Sept 2016. A new fresh dump will be made when we're about to launch. Is there a reason you're looking for newer data?

We were just concerned that maybe it wouldn't be updated before we went live or be forgotten and not migrated at all. 

There is a similar problem with the Moderator forum threads as none are present here: http://migration26.stage.lithium.com/t5/Moderator/ct-p/moderator

But Giorgos & I talked about this on IRC and agreed a bug needed to be filed for the "Forum Moderators" forum migration. When done, it will be called "Moderator Discussions" on Lithium.

Alice, the "New Contributors" forum is on the radar to be migrated but just in case I'll file a bug about it anyway.

Hmm don't need to file bugs for those forums either. Found them after some digging in the settings:

Path of discovery:
• Avatar menu button > Community Admin > Community Structure
Then expand Mozilla Support Community (14) > Moderator > Moderator Discussions > View (must hover mouse on MD item then slide over to View)
• Avatar menu button > Community Admin > Community Structure
Then expand Mozilla Support Community (14) > New Contributors > New Contributor Discussions > View (must hover mouse on NCD item then slide over to View)

I checked "Edit Properties" for each of those forums and "Hide from lists and menus" is unchecked. Very weird. Probably moving each forum to the "Contributor Forums" category folder would make them visible but I didn't try that b/c I don't want to mess anything up. :) Maybe Scott can investigate?

To recap:
I can't get either forum mentioned above to surface after making sure the "Hide from lists and menus" options were unchecked and saved. They should appear at http://migration26.stage.lithium.com/t5/Moderator/ct-p/moderator & http://migration26.stage.lithium.com/t5/New-Contributors/ct-p/welcome respectively.

Noah, is this bug resolved for you or should it remain open?  In any case, I changed the importance from "blocker" to "normal" which is the level Rachel chose in the duplicate bug 1332497 she filed.

I wanted to clarify my comment 7 where I asked, "is this bug resolved for you or should it remain open?" I was referring to your bug description in comment 0 that the contributor forums are missing the latest content and are "stuck on Sept. 2016".

There's a separate (see also) bug 1331398 about accessing the Contributor forums.  Access to the Moderator and New Contributors forums is covered in that bug.

Yes, I'd say it's resolved. I'm satisfied with Giorgos' answer. I'm just waiting to see if Madalina agrees.

Thanks for lowering the importance. I was going to do that but decided to leave it up to Madalina since she requested it. But it does seem this is not a blocker anymore. I'd like to wait for Madalina's comment before I change the status to resolved. And I'll copy comment 6 to bug 1331398. Thanks Alice. :)
