This bug report is volatile - The site mentioned above appears to be having trouble, and this bug may not be reproducable once the Ghostscript guys fix the problem. When trying to download the above mentioned file, Moz (0.9.9) "successfully" downloads a zero-length file. What it should do is fail the download (IE's behaviour is correct in this respect).
