Steps to reproduce:
Works in Windows OS, for all Versions of Mozilla.
Steps to reproduce :
1. Open http://hackies.in/popup.html (popup.html)
2. If the User has allowed popup option for that website, unlimited number of popups will be open.
3. Mozilla takes lots of process as well.
Normally you can create only 1 File select Dialog, but by using a window.open trick I am able to create many.

This was fixed by both bug 675574 and bug 1459264.
