[Affected versions]: 
Nightly 54.0a1, Aurora 53.0a2

[Affected platforms]:
All platforms: Ubuntu 16.04 x64, Windows 7 x 64, Mac OS X 10.10

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open https://jsfiddle.net/wemt0fvs/
2. Permission prompt is opened. Click "Allow", (don't check "Remember this decision").

[Expected result]:
Only one video should be opened. Permission prompt should be opened for request on camera and microphone for the second video.

[Actual result]:
Both videos are opened.

Note:
 This is not reproducible on Beta 51 and Release 50.

The behavior you observed has been intentionally implemented in bug 1270572. I see the QA contact field is empty on that bug, so I'm not sure anybody from QA is currently planning to look at verifying it. Is this something you could handle?

Maire, are you aware of someone already planning to do QA in bug 1270572?

I just set qawanted on that bug to make sure we get manual QA before it goes to beta. Thanks for the ni.
