This is a copy of jshint.js, which has the "evil" clause, making it non-free, see e.g.:

Would it be possible to replace this or remove this?

Ping? Maybe this doesn't need to be shipped in Firefox / Thunderbird release tarballs?

According to the Free Software Foundation, this clause makes the license non-free. - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/JSLint#License

Can any veterinary please remove that little cancer tumour from the fox?

dom/system/gonk was removed in bug 1357323. So this bug is no longer valid.
