1336659 - Replace og:image meta tag with intital 'M'logo

The bugzilla image is spammy and not useful when open graph aware apps such as Slack and Facebook "unfurl" the bug detail page metadata. 

Remove the tag until we have a smaller, less obtrusive image we can use.

The Open Graph tags are in an extension, so I'll have to see if I can get a PR accepted there, or if we should make our own OG extension and use it instead.

Alternative to removing the cartoon bug; I replace it with a small version of the new Mozilla logo.

Also I didn't find a repo for the extension so I'm guessing the extension is part of the bmo codebase?
