Details

This is a follow-up from bug 1320194. The python/mozbuild tests fail if there is no build config. This means we won't be able to (easily) pull them out of make check and into their own taskcluster task. I'm not sure how tightly coupled they are.. it might just be a matter of mocking a few things out in a couple of places.
