[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Create an iframe and open the html in a tab:
<iframe src="https://people.mozilla.org/~fqueze2/webrtc/" height=800></iframe>
<iframe src="https://people.mozilla.org/~fqueze2/webrtc/" height=800></iframe>
2. In frame 1 click on Video, check "Remember this decision" and click "Don't Allow".
3. In frame 2 click on Video.
[Expected result]:
The camera is blocked and in control centre a notification appears.
[Actual result]:
The camera is blocked but in control centre no notification is displayed.

I observed that on the same iframe created after clicking on video and then check "remember this decision" and the click on "Allow", in the control center the status for Use the camera is "Allowed Temporarily".
Can you please take a look and tell me your opinion?

Yes that sounds "right". The permanent permission is on the iframe URI but the control center shows that the camera is in use. So I wouldn't say we need a separate bug for that.

Why this is "right"? Once I checked the "remember this decision" and then clicked on "Allow", shouldn't the status for Use the camera be "Allow" not "Allowed temporarily"?

Yes, it's not great communication to the user. Absolutely not. With "right" I meant "it's the currently expected behavior". We are planning to fix this in bug 1224453.
