STR:
1. Start firefox with fresh new profile
2. Go to http://forums.mozillazine.org/ or http://www.unix.com/ or such
3. Click username/password field and make sure the contextual warning pops up
4. Click again to hide the popup (keep focus on the field)
5. View(open) Bookmarks sidebar
6. Click 'Help and Tutorial' or 'Getting Started'
AR:
The contextual warning on the focused field pops up.
ER:
No popup.
This occurs with Bookmarks sidebar only. Bookmarks button/toolbar/menu doesn't trigger it.(at least for me)
It seems that other bookmarks such as 'Get Involved' or 'About Us' are hard to reproduce it unless cache cleared.

This is a consequence of the sidebar messing with focus, cf. bug 561710.
