User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: 1.Sign into Firefox 2.Sign out of Firefox 3.Sign into Firefox with the same account 4.Go to "History" Actual results: 4.Firefox increases synced devices counter (i.e. 2) Expected results: 4.Firefox should not increase devices counter unless other devices are connected
