One of the common struggles with layout debugging is knowing at which level (element) the scrollbar is present. Sometimes it's not obvious whether if it's the parent that has the scrollbar, or whether it's the child. It would be nice to also display JS layout properties like: - scrollTop/Left/...
Hi ntim, We are trying to triage this bug, and wanted to get the scope of what you have in mind to make this actionable. I assume adding scrollTop/.. to the box model properties. If it is just that, you can add a P3 to the bug.

I was thinking of just adding a small indicator when a scrollbar is present (would probably require platform work). Having scrollTop/... doesn't necessarily mean a scrollbar is there.
