We need to implement the multi-channel audio support in cubeb_alsa.c

It'd be nice if someone contributed this, but we (Mozilla) are not supporting the ALSA backend as a Tier 1 backend since bug 1247056 (in Firefox 52).
I'm closing this because I don't want anyone to work on it. ALSA is no longer supported.
