When you try to download a file from a ftp server and the file doesn't exist, an
error message pops correctly up, but then the save file dialog appears and you
can store an empty file on your disk.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Just open the url ftp://ftp.ubisoft.com/pub/F1Racing/soundpatch2.exe
2. Say ok to the error message
3. File save dialog appears
4. Save the file
Actual Results: You have an empty file on your disk
Expected Results: None, error message should be enough
