In the last week I've read two reports on Twitter of private browser windows in 51 opening as regular windows. https://twitter.com/EndlessMason/status/835221576618500096 https://twitter.com/AADZ13/status/837476257075986433
Both cases stem from a long standing bug where people enable "Never remember history" and then it's not clear to them that every window is essentially in private browsing mode.
