Details
To reproduce:
1. Load any Bugzilla page. (I think it's any page with a text area,
but i'm sure about Bugzillapages.)
2. Click in the "Additional Comments" text area once. No cursor appears.
3. Click again. The blinking cursor appears.
Expected behavior: The cursor should appear on the first click.
Sorry, i don't know which thing is the cursor and which is the carret. Please
edit the summary line if necessary.
Using Mozilla Linux build 2002-03-28-08, but i've been seeing this for a while.

Seeing this on 2002-03-29-21 on Linux too, as well as on later CVS builds. VERY
annoying.
Note that typing after the first click will also make the cursor appear.
