Details

When you try to see title tip for a link which is (the tip) too large you'll see just part of the title. I suggest to word wrap the string and to show multiline tooltips. You can see it everywhere, for example go to http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3291 and find comment #24 then hover your mouse over bug 7417 and cropped tooltip will apear.
