Platform: RH Linux 6 (only; works OK on Win32)
To reproduce:
- Launch apprunner
- If the sidebar isn't visible, show it
- Double-click on a bookmark in the Bookmarks section to create a new window and
load that URL
Result: In the new window, the sidebar is blank.
Expected result: It should not be blank.

I see the panels, but not the panel content. I will take a closer look.

The sidebar is made from a template now instead of JavaScript. This seems to
have fixed the problem.
Marking FIXED.
