Details

The TIME_TO_NON_BLANK_PAINT_MS telemetry probe currently expires in Firefox 55. We should extend this telemetry probes expiration because we want to track this information for the Quantum release criteria. @ Markus, can you please extend this telemetry probe to, say, Firefox 60?
