134792 - Get all new messages fails to collect all messages from multiple accounts where the pop password is not stored

I have 12 account in moz mail 0.99.
When I start moz-mail I am prompted for the password for the
account at the top of the list, a green arrow appears by the
account name but mail is not collected (not what this bug report
is about though I don't like this behaviour).

I then click file->get new messages->get all new messages
mail is collected for the first account.
Mail is collected for some of the other accounts which have
the pop password already stored in moz-mail
The second account in the list contains messages in the pop
box but the messages are not collected. No error messages 
are displayed.

The messages in the second account are only collected when
the account is selected and the get msgs button is clicked,
at which point moz-mail prompts for the password.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Set up multiple accounts in moz-mail
2.have some email in the pop box's to be collected
3.Store the password for the first account listed
4.Don't store the password for the second account
4.click file->get new messages->get all new messages


Actual Results:  email in the second account is not collected

Expected Results:  Telling moz-mail to get all new messages should have got all
new messages.
