how the heck do you get Mozilla Mail to refresh IMAP folders for a particular account?
it's not implemented - there are a few bugs that this is a dup of, especially bug 18266 *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 18266 ***

I shouldn't say it's completely not implemented - it's partially implemented, except that the solution in 18266 downloads headers, and you might not want that.
