After watching a youtube video, watching another video in the same tab will produce no audio. STR: 1) Watch a youtube video 2) watch another youtube video in the same tab 3) Hear no audio in (2) Seems to have happened in the past 2-3 days. Happens on my macbook pro on OS X and Windows on a PC.
